Email us at ciao@rosarims.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. If approved, we’ll send you instructions to send it back safely.

We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time so please return the pair you aren't happy with and we’re here to help you find the right frame to order. Just email ciao@rosarims.com, and we’ll guide you toward the shape that suits your face — and your vibe.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 to 30 days. Shipping fees, unfortunately, are not refundable.

All Rosa Rims are handmade in Italy using premium materials. Crafted with care, designed to last, and built for real life.

Use the cleaning cloth included in your case. A little gentle swipe goes a long way. No harsh chemicals, no hot water, soap and cold water for the wing sauce that followed you home from that late night snack attack.

We believe in buying less — but better. Our sunglasses are made in small batches using premium, long-lasting materials—including plant-based acetate that’s kinder to the planet. All our packaging is designed to be reused in multiple ways: the case moonlights as a clutch, camera pouch, or whatever your day demands; the chain pouches can be used for coins, jewelry​ or hair tie​s; the dust cloth can store jewelry, ​chargers or​ a kindle and even the beautiful box is perfect for photos or souvenirs.
